The Elite Off-Season Hockey Dryland Training Program sets a new strength and conditioning standard. This unique program is comprised of advanced training concepts garnered from the following academic disciplines: physiology, biomechanics, anatomy, neurology, biochemistry, endocrinology, and sports nutrition. Elite Player Hockey Development Camp
The overall purpose of this specialized elite development camp is to help educate hockey players in the use of on-ice and off-ice training techniques to further develop and enhance their technical and tactical skills and their physical conditioning. The camp consists of on-ice and off-ice training demonstrations and presentations. This information can be used to help players make better decisions while attending their camps.
Elite Team Training Programs and Services
The Off-Season Team Hockey Dryland Training Program is designed for hockey teams where players can commit to a minimum of 2 training sessions per week. The strength and conditioning prescriptions ensure that the time used for training is focused solely on improving hockey-specific performance, and the various reporting systems that improved training effects are being realized.
The Pre-Season Team Hockey Systems and Tactics Camp consists of designing a team systems and tactics playbook based on the team's technical skill base and fitness level, and practicing these systems and tactics utilizing special system flow drills in order to exceed game speed and accurately duplicate various game conditions.
The In-Season Team Consulting and Training Program includes a coaching resource manual that contains the appropriate technical, tactical, physical, and mental training resources, a series of off-ice coaching education clinics, on-ice follow-up practice sessions, pre and post player hockey skills appraisals, and a monthly team tracking system.
