The courses will include discussions on Team Play (offensive and defensive systems) and Group Tactics (odd man advantage, weaving, screening, and cycling). Coaches will be introduced to unique high tempo flow drills that incorporate and simulate game conditions and game speed.
Level 3: Physical Preparation

Specialists will discuss the scientific basis and rationale for strength development, power development, energy systems trained, muscle physiology and adaptation, and safety guidelines. Coaches will experience firsthand the off-ice exercises and on-ice drills designed to help hockey players reach peak performance.
Level 4: Psychological Preparation
